The CIA uses temperament!??!
Temperament is on the long list of woo-woo things that the CIA uses to their advantage and benefit.
As was documented by the physicist Dr. Russel Targ, the government spent a lot of money researching psychic phenomena and remote viewing with their STARGATE project. They are also apparently really interested in classifying, predicting, and manipulating psychological behavior.

He says there are four types of people: planners, creators, action people, and relationship builders. These correspond pretty well to the four temperaments. Air people like to plan; earth people are creative; fire people are action oriented; and water people are social.
